By using Washington County Inmate Population, visitors agree to these terms. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the site. These terms apply to this private site only and do not change the rules used by Washington County offices, MDOC, BOP, ICE, VINELink, or Mississippi courts.

Washington County Inmate Population is privately owned and is not affiliated with Washington County, Sheriff Milton M. Gaston, Washington County Regional Correctional Facility, MDOC, BOP, ICE, VINELink, or any government body. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports, private-investigation services, background checks, or FCRA-covered screening services for credit, employment, insurance, housing, or tenant decisions.

Nature of the Site

This website is a private reference resource. It does not store official jail rosters, court records, booking photos, warrants, MDOC records, BOP records, ICE records, or VINELink records. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, file a court document, or change an agency record.

The site points visitors toward Washington County inmate and jail-record resources, the sheriff's jail-docket pathway, MDOC's inmate locator, federal and immigration locators, court-record channels, and third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use

  • Use the site only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not use information found here to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
  • Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, tenant screening, or similar eligibility decisions.
  • Do not try to access systems, files, or accounts without authorization.
  • Do not use bots, scrapers, bulk extractors, or automated harvesting tools against the site.
  • Do not interfere with site operation or other visitors' access.

No Consumer Reporting

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide credit reports, background checks, consumer reports, or screening products. Visitors agree not to use information from this site or linked partner tools for any FCRA-covered purpose, including:

  • Employment, promotion, discipline, or termination decisions.
  • Tenant screening, rental approval, or housing eligibility.

Nothing on this site is an official statement from Washington County, a sheriff's office, MDOC, BOP, ICE, VINELink, a court, or any other government agency. Official records requests to Mississippi public agencies may be subject to the Mississippi Public Records Act, including Miss. Code Sections 25-61-1 and 25-61-5.
